The Full Story
From now through December 25th we are running an initial fundraiser to help get this thing - sure to become a cult classic - off the ground.
Its a rollicking Christmas-themed gnostic adventure featuring an absurd collection of heroes, dueling narrators, and the Lord of Metal for a villain.
If Mannheim Steamroller had made "the Wall" it might look something like this film project. With a pop orchestra soundtrack, screaming guitars, and all your favorite holiday music this piece promises to become a holiday favorite you will return to year after year without knowing why - much like eggnog.
The more you give, the more we will spend.
We could make this thing happen on a very modest budget, and the music would still be killer. Or you might decide you want to give us the means to put a steampunk clockwork Santa's Sleigh in the air - complete with live reindeer. Violet Penumbra is committed to giving as many first-timers their "Big Break" on this film as humanly possible without sacrificing quality.

Watch the teaser trailer, and contact us if you see yourself somewhere in this film, whether on the screen or in the details. We'd rather work with people that are excited about making the film than A-list people that will detract from the effects budget. So if you're someone with years into the stage, but you've only ever been an extra on screen, this may be a thing for your bucket list.
